  1. PERSONAL CARE ACTIVITIES
    1. Cleanliness, Hyg. & Appear. – Bathes, performs toilet and oral hygiene activities, and dresses as needed.

bb. Doffs – Takes specialty clothing off.

cc. Stores – Places specialty clothing in appropriate location.

> 9) Assistive Device(s) – Puts on and takes off assistive device(s) which are worn (prosthesis, orthosis, glasses, splints, hearing aids, etc.); stores properly, excluding fastenings.

aa. Dons – Puts on assistive device(s).
